Posted by: ROB View More: PREVIEWS It has been a whirlwind month for Kathleen and I and it seems that everyone who we talk to agrees that this summer is simply flying by. I guess time flies the fastest when you are having fun and we have been having SO much fun at our couple's weddings and engagement sessions. Not to mention their weddings have brought us all over the place from up to the Northern Coast of Connecticut to the quaint town of Old Saybrook followed by a trip to Newport, Rhode Island. We also got the chance to stay close to home to photograph a music filled engagement session in Westport. And last but of course not least, this weekend we headed out to Long Island and Fire Island and enjoyed the beautiful weather on Saturday photographing a great wedding by the water. We have all of the stories of our couples and their special days coming up very soon. In addition as promised we will be sharing some of our recent travel photos from our trip out to the LA and San Francisco Areas. In the meantime we put together a few previews from each of our couples days below. We hope you enjoy!

I thought this would be a fun image to share. In order to get the shot I wanted of the wedding party, I had to jump into the water. Hopefully I got my legs a little more tan then they were in this photo.

Posted by: ROB View More: PREVIEWS As many of you know we were in New York City on Wednesday to photograph Molly & Tim's engagement session. They are both from the city and we couldn't think of a better place to meet up with them than at Central Park. They came prepared with a couple outfits, Champagne and amazing energy. We can't wait to share their entire engagement story post with all of you but first we thought we would give you a couple of previews while you wait. Posted by: ROB View More: PREVIEWS When I got to the computer this morning, I realized two things that pretty much blew my mind. The first was that this Sunday is August... ALREADY. I don't know about all of you but this year is flying by faster than any year in our recent memory. The second thing I realized was it has been a week since we shared anything with all of you on our blog. Seriously, not cool on our part. We do have some really good excuses though! :) We have been all over the place capturing our couples truly amazing weddings and engagement sessions. We thought we would share a little of what to look forward to very soon on our blog. These preview images start off with Alison & Tony's Wedding who had their wedding in my hometown of Naugatuck followed by their reception at Cascade in Hamden. Next we collaborated with the one and only Candice (and her team) from Jubilee Events for Saryn & Dave's Wedding overlooking the shore at Guilford Yacht Club. We also got to enjoy an intimate ceremony at Edgerton Park in New Haven for Jennifer & Joe's Wedding, followed by a Meghan & Marc's Long Island Sound Wedding at the Wainright House in Rye, NY. Just this Saturday our good friend Meghan joined us to brave the heat of probably one of the hottest days we have photographed on for Sarah & Ben's relaxed and fun wedding at Tunxis Plantation. If all of these really wonderful weddings were not enough, Kathleen and I got to travel to Block Island for our first time yesterday to photograph Meghan & Chris' Engagement Session. We wish we could share more images from all of these events today but we are charging up and getting ready to head into NYC to photograph another engagement session! Posted by: ROB View More: PREVIEWS As I am writing this blog post, we are so insanely happy to be inside the coolness of our central air. Seriously I can't believe that the car said it is 105 degrees out today. It is really insane. We hope that you are all staying cool, be sure to check in on your elderly relatives and friends today to make sure they are doing well. I wanted to write a quick post to let you all know that we didn't forget about any of you. It has been a whirlwind week of amazing weddings, engagements and of course the long holiday weekend. We are currently working on a great Newport engagement session that we will be sharing with you later today followed by all kinds of photo goodness from the amazing weddings that we have photographed recently. On this past Sunday (July 4th) we were at the Guilford Yacht Club for Saryn & Dave's Wedding. We just had to share this image below. There was an absolutely magnificent sunset that turned the sky all kinds of great colors. Many MANY more to come!! Again we hope that you are all staying cool.

Posted by: ROB View More: PREVIEWS As we are up bright and early to get ready for a weekend full of weddings we couldn't be happier with how nice it is outside! We hope that you get out their and really enjoy the next couple days. If you are looking something to do at night and haven't yet seen it, go and see Toy Story 3. As many of you know we LOVE Pixar and they really outdid themselves with this one. We already want to see it again! One of the many things we love about our job is all of the interesting places we get to visit while photographing and getting to know our couples. The last couple of weeks have certainly not been an exception. We have been all over the place including up to Saltwater Farm Vineyard for Nancy & John's Wedding, followed by further up to Newport for Jenny & Brett's Engagement Session. We spent some time in New Haven as well, first at Yale for Jennifer & Jeff's Engagement Session then over at Lighthouse Point Park for Lee & Patrick's Engagement. Just last weekend we enjoyed absolutely beautiful weather for Valerie & Kimber's outside wedding on Candlewood Lake.
