The Ruby Street, Los Angeles, CA: Cherien & Amin's Wedding

A couple doesn’t even usually have to tell us that they both work in a creative field, it’s the kind of thing that is easy to tell. Creative couples have a certain way of communicating with each other because they have a shared vision of the world they want to build together. They push each other to dream bigger while also giving each other the room and space to develop their talents.

Cherien and Amin have each been chasing their dreams for awhile but in the time they have been together they have found more success and fulfillment in their careers because they have been able to share the joy of their accomplishments with one another. It was a forgone conclusion for a while that they would be married one day and they had a vision of exactly what that day would be like.

When they visited The Ruby Street, a historic Arts and Crafts church in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, they fell in love with it’s intimate setting and knew it would be the perfect location for their wedding. They had been a couple for a very long time already, so their wedding was as much a furthering of the commitment they have shared as it was a wonderful reason to bring together all of the friends and family that have cheered them on along the way.

The day came together exactly as they hoped - it was full of joy with tons of personal details, boisterous speeches and lively dancing.  At the center of it all was Cherien and Amin, so happy and full of love, and ready to show the world how much they can create together.
